Crafted with a 925 sterling silver base and finished with a thick layer of 18k gold plating (3 microns), OORVI pieces are thoughtfully designed to be durable, comfortable, and made for everyday wear.

To help preserve its finish:

  • Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotion, and other cosmetics.
  • Gently wipe your piece with a soft cloth after wearing.
  • Keep it in the included OORVI microfiber pouch when not in use.

Over time, the gold plating may naturally develop signs of wear. This is a normal characteristic of gold-plated jewellery and part of its journey with you.

Shipping & Returns

For hygiene reasons, all OORVI mukuthis are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll carefully review your case and, where applicable, arrange a replacement.
